Talisman Companies, L.L.C. and its predecessor, Schlesinger Companies, have been redeveloping and remarketed shopping centers since 1980. Talisman is a boutique firm that solves development problems and returns centers to being vibrant and profitable.

Unlike other developers, Talisman doesn't become involved in other kinds of real estate and doesn't focus on new centers.  At Talisman, we do one thing and we do it very well - redevelop shopping centers.  The only rule we do follow is that the center must have a superior location, a reason for existing and serve a need in its community.
